For wholesale accounts, delivery schedules are arranged directly between Grey Ridge Coffee and the account holder.

5. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum order of 10 lbs per month is required to maintain an active wholesale account
• Equipment provided by Grey Ridge Coffee remains the property of Grey Ridge Coffee for the duration of the account
• Equipment must be returned in good condition upon account termination
• Grey Ridge Coffee reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account with reasonable notice
